Generally, discounts cannot be combined or paired with other promotional offers. The following discounts apply to qualifying services and may have specific eligibility requirements.
Inspection-to-Service Discount
When homeowners are ready to move forward after an inspection, they may qualify for 10% off their recommended service. This offer rewards customers who address problems quickly and commit to the recommended timeline. To qualify:
- Immediate Approval – The service must be approved before the inspector leaves the property.
- Next Available Appointment – The customer must accept MightyMite’s next available service date and time.
- Appointment Commitment – The scheduled appointment must be kept without cancellation or rescheduling.
Military Discount
Our military pest control discount is designed to honor active-duty military members and veterans who have served our country. Eligible customers may receive 5% off qualifying services when the following is true:
- Military Status – The customer must be an active-duty service member or military veteran.
- Proof of Service – Valid military documentation must be provided.
- Advance Request – The discount must be requested before the service agreement is completed.
First Responder Discount
We’re proud to support police officers, firefighters, EMTs, and paramedics through our First Responder Discount program. Eligible customers may receive 5% off qualifying services. This offer is available if:

Buddy Discount
One of our most popular pest control special offers allows two customers to save together. When two separate property owners sign up at the same time, each may qualify for 15% off. To get the Buddy Discount:
- Same-Time Approval – Both customers must approve service at the same time.
- Separate Properties – Each service must be performed at a different property.
- Pre-Agreement Request – The discount must be requested before service agreements are completed.
Referral Warranty Extension Bonus
The referral pest control program rewards customers who recommend MightyMite Termite to friends and family. Qualifying customers with active coverage may receive a six-month termite warranty extension when a referral meets the program requirements. Our referral warranty extension bonus may be available if you meet the following:
- Active Warranty Required – The referring customer must have an active MightyMite Termite warranty.

It isn’t always the case that discounts apply. Some services, fees, and work carried out by subcontractors may be ineligible for them. However, our team will be able to look at your particular situation and tell you about the relevant programmes.
Customers participating in the referral pest control program may receive six additional months of coverage added to the end of their qualifying warranty when all program requirements are met.
To ensure fair and consistent pricing for all customers, MightyMite Termite Services discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined, stacked, or used in conjunction with any other discount. When a customer qualifies for more than one offer, the single discount that provides the greatest eligible savings may be applied. All discounts are subject to applicable eligibility requirements and must be approved at the time of service or agreement.
